Starting a practice back in 1986 with no business knowledge or training, I quickly found myself in more debt and eventually financially and emotionally burned out.  After selling my first practice and moving to California, I decided to become a student of business, marketing, practice development and leadership training and dedicated years to developing and nurturing these new skills.

Through my graduation at “the school of hard knocks” I learned what it takes to have a successful and thriving practice and have been able to create and recreate success no matter what the economy is doing.
