Live Like There’s No Tomorrow

Starting back in High School, when I joined the track team, I have loved to run. While in college, there was no opportunity to join a women’s track team, I became friends with the men’s cross country team and started to practice with them every day. I grew to love the long distance runs and continued to run miles and miles and even ran the California International Marathon in Sacramento in 2007. Since that time I have gradually to shifted to other forms of exercise such as Yoga, Circuit Training and Walking and most recently got back on my road bike. My husband has been wanting me to …
